When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you create an account, we collect your name and email. We do not collect financial account data, legal documents, or sensitive client files — Clientloop tracks tasks and links, not sensitive files.
We use your email address to send you a one-time launch notification and early access offer (waitlist), account-related communications, and daily digest emails you configure for your clients. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Client workspace links use unique private tokens — only someone with the direct link can access a workspace. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS).
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@clientloop.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
